My dear sister-in-law, Jean M. Bills-McCullough, passed away very suddenly on March 3, 2010.
My family is utterly saddened to say the least. But more than anything, my brother, Richard, is devastated beyond words.
Dick and Jean married later in life...Jean was 39 and my brother was 43...the cermony took place June 2002 only 3 weeks after the death of our father.
Here are a few photos of Richard and Jean on their wedding day...
I always loved the photo of the two of them walking down the driveway of the church. It was a perfect shot of the two of them starting their lives together.
Both Dick and Jean were so happy to find each other. While life wasn't perfect they managed to get through the daily muck with a smile on their faces. In 2004 they were thrilled to be blessed with a beautiful healthy little boy, Jerry, who was the light of their lives.
Our hearts are broken, but we have to believe that Jean came into our lives for a reason. We don't understand why God chose to take her away so soon, but we are truly grateful that we were blessed to have her as a part of lives for 10 years.

I am so sorry. My heart goes out to your brother, their son and your family. Praying for your comfort.
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Take comfort from family and friends and give yourself time to grieve. As long as you remember her, speak her name and she remains in your heart, she will always be with you.
Thank you so much for your words of comfort. They mean alot. It's been about 3 weeks and my brother is hanging in there. Keeping busy tying up all the loose ends and focusing on his son. Although it will be extrememly tough he will be fine...I know it. Your prayers are a blessing...thank you again!
