Whew!! It's been awhile...

...since I last posted. What have I been doing??? I honestly wonder that myself!

Softball and baseball finally ended--yes, I was a bit sad to see the season end this year, but that's another story...the bottom line...a very good year for both teams! Yeah!!

Since then I've been trying to play 'catch up' on my work and with our house. Lots of things need tended to around here and sometimes I wonder if I'll ever get a chance to veg-out and be bored again.

Anyways...I stumbled upon this quote today and I loved it...

"All men who have achieved great things have been great dreamers." --Orison Swett Marden

Then, since I liked this quote so much, but never heard of Orison Swett Marden, I decided to learn more about him. I found out that he has written a multitude of books and is the founder of Success magazine. Excerpts of many of his books are available online...I'm definitely going to check that out...

Meanwhile here are a few more of his quotes that I connect with...

"If you do not feel yourself growing in your work and your life broadening and deepening, if your task is not a perpetual tonic to you, you have not found your place."

I 'so-o-o get' his point and just want to share it...I'm going to read more and I'll post them soon...
